Your family and friends will love toasting to a New Year with a shimmery glass and lots of cheer! Create custom ceramic goblets that will sparkle and shine this holiday season with Duncan® Shimmer Glazes®

Instructions:

1. Wipe goblet with a damp sponge to remove bisque dust.

2. Measure approximately an inch down from top and tape around.

3. Brush 4 good coats of Aquamarine Shimmer from base of tape down to base of goblet where handle begins. Let dry between coats. Remove tape after applying fourth coat. Note: Thoroughly clean brushes after using each Shimmer Glazes color.

4. Measure 8 equal sections around base and lightly mark with pencil up to the base of the ball. Lightly draw a ring around the base of ball.

5. Use the No. 1 Liner to paint ¼” lines with Black from base to top of ring. Repeat with a second coat. Let dry.

6. Brush 4 good coats of Hematite onto ball on handle and onto the spaces between the Black stripes. Let dry.

7. Use Black Licorice French Dimensions to create small dots along each Black line and around top and bottom of ball portion of handle.

8. Brush 2 good coats of Pure Brilliance onto the inside and upper unpainted area of goblet and bottom of base. Let dry.

9. Stilt and fire to cone 06.
