Shipping Information

Creative Crafts ships all orders out by Fed Ex ground or by LTL Motor Freight except when an order is eligible for our local delivery service. 

We will also obtain USPS postal service rates for you upon request.

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii or any U.S. territory will have actual shipping charges.

If you wish to ship your order internationally you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
The recipient of any international order is responsible for any taxes, duties and brokerage fees.

Fees quoted via our website on international orders will not be accurate.   International orders will require a shipping quote.

We can ship your order to a freight forwarder if necessary.

We will also provide you with an estimate of the shipping charges for your order for your approval or denial. 

We also ship Fed Ex 2 day and can easily quote you for these services

Damage and Breakage

We do our best to pack all orders to prevent breakage.  We require that you report any damages within 3 days of receipt in order to receive a replacement or refund.

We also request that you make note of any visibly damaged boxes from your delivery at the time of the delivery.  Please retain the packing and tracking numbers and contact us with the a detailed list of damages and we will process the claim and issue a replacement or a refund.  We will need photos of the damaged items.  This is necessary when filing a claim with the shipping company.
